    Upcoming PC Releases

The final quarter of the year 2020 is almost upon us, and as we slowly but surely creep towards the beginning of 2021, as far as video games go, things are not looking so bad as there are still a few great titles to look forward to before the year ends. With that being said, it looks like 2021 will be starting off strong gaming-wise as it seems that we may get some very interesting video game releases in the upcoming few months, so let’s take a closer look at them.

    Far Cry 6 Uplay

Far Cry 6 is an upcoming first-person shooter game and is the sixth main installment in an already well-established and very popular Far Cry franchise. Being developed and published by Ubisoft, the game is set to release some time during the year 2021, however, the original release date set for February 18th has been postponed, and at the time of writing this, the new release date has not been announced.

From what we can see in the trailer, we know that Far Cry 6 will be taking place in a fictional country called Yara which is run by a cruel dictator named Anton Castillo. In the trailer, we figure out that Anton has been ruling over Yara for fifty years, and is now looking to pass down this role to his son Diego who from what we can see doesn’t seem to share his father’s ambitions.

Anton tries to teach his son that an iron grip on the people of Yara is necessary, and hands him a grenade to hold as they walk outside together. At this point, we are treated to the full scale of chaos that is taking place in the streets as the government soldiers and people of Yara are fighting with each other.

When it comes to Far Cry 6 gameplay, we don’t know much about it yet. Other than the fact that we will be able to choose between a male and a female protagonist and be able to have subordinates fighting alongside us, not much else has been revealed. Aside from PC, Far Cry 6 will also be available on PlayStation 4 and 5 as well as XBOX one and Xbox Series X/S.
